Cloud storage on Microsoft Azure

All data processed and stored by Dictalogic including audio recordings, transcribed text, user information, and account data is held within Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Dictalogic uses Microsoft Azure data centres to ensure enterprise-grade security, reliability, and availability.

Data residency

For organisations that require data to be stored within a specific geographic region for example, within the United Kingdom or the European Union Dictalogic can accommodate data residency requirements. This is particularly important for healthcare and public sector organisations subject to data sovereignty requirements.

UK data centres

As a UK-based company, Dictalogic’s default configuration stores data in UK Microsoft Azure data centres. Contact Dictalogic to confirm the data centre region applicable to your account and to discuss any specific data residency requirements.
