Overview
This article provides troubleshooting steps for Dictalogic login issues.
Applies to
All Users
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions in the password reset email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Incorrect username or password
Ensure you are entering the correct email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are unsure of your username, contact your administrator.
Account Locked or Deactivated
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security purposes. Contact your administrator to unlock it. If your account has been deactivated, contact your administrator to have it reactivated.
SSO issues
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On, ensure your Office 365 account is active and your password has not expired. Contact your IT team or Microsoft 365 administrator if your SSO credentials are not working.
Browser issues
Clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. Ensure your browser is up to date. Try a different supported browser.
Two factor authentication
If you are unable to complete the 2FA step, contact your administrator to reset your 2FA configuration.
Contact support
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact Dictalogic support with details of the error message you are receiving.
