What are the different user roles and permissions?

This article explains the standard user roles available in Dictalogic and the permissions associated with each.

Standard roles

As a summary, the standard roles are as follows.

The Author role is for professionals who create and submit dictations. Authors can record, save, submit, and assign dictations and review completed transcripts.

The Secretary role is for transcriptionists who receive, transcribe, and complete dictation jobs.

The Super Author role has all Author capabilities plus additional administrative access, such as the ability to view and manage dictations across a team or department.

The Super Secretary role has all Secretary capabilities plus additional administrative access. The Administrator role has full access to all platform features, including user management, account configuration, reporting, and billing.
