Training from Dictalogic

Yes. Dictalogic provides training for new users as part of the onboarding process. Training is tailored to the roles and needs of the individuals concerned, for example, author training focuses on recording and submitting dictations, while secretary training covers transcription workflow and productivity tools.

Formats available

Training is available in a variety of formats including live online sessions (via video call), on-site training at your organisation’s premises (subject to availability), training materials and guides, and the Dictalogic Knowledge Base (kb.dictalogic.com), which provides self-service guidance on all aspects of the platform.

Ongoing training

For organisations that onboard new staff regularly, Dictalogic can provide train-the-trainer sessions so that internal champions can deliver training to new joiners without needing to engage Dictalogic each time.
