Onboarding timeline

Dictalogic is designed for rapid deployment. For smaller organisations and individual users, the onboarding process can be completed quickly account creation, user setup, and basic configuration can often be done within a day. The Speech Anywhere Widget installs in minutes, and users can typically begin dictating immediately after installation with no complex configuration required.

For larger organisations with multiple departments, complex workflow requirements, or integrations with existing systems, onboarding may take longer typically one to four weeks depending on the scope of configuration required.

What onboarding involves

Onboarding typically includes account setup and user creation, configuration of work types, descriptions, and templates, assignment rule configuration, integration setup (if required), and user training. Dictalogic provides a two-week free trial period, which allows organisations to set up and test the platform in their real working environment before committing.
