How do transcribers know when they have a new task?

Dashboard Notifications

When a new task is assigned directly to a secretary or when a new task is added to a pool that a secretary is a member of, it will appear in their Dictalogic dashboard the next time they log in or refresh their view. The dashboard provides a real-time view of the current work queue, so any new arrivals are immediately visible upon login.

Email Notifications

Dictalogic can be configured to send email notifications to secretaries when a new task is assigned to them or arrives in their pool. This ensures they are alerted even when they are not actively logged in to the platform. Email notification settings can be configured within your account preferences. Administrators can also configure notifications at the organisation level.

Configuring Notifications

Navigate to your account settings or preferences within the Dictalogic portal. Locate the notifications section and configure your preferences for email and in-platform alerts. Contact your administrator if you are unable to locate the notification settings or if organisation-wide notification rules need to be adjusted.
