Administrators, Team Leaders
Identify user groups
Begin by identifying the different user groups in your organisation: authors, secretaries, administrators and their specific training needs. Authors need to know how to record, review, and manage dictations. Secretaries need to know how to access, transcribe, and complete jobs. Administrators need to understand account management, configuration, and reporting.
Use Dictalogic’s training resources
Leverage the resources provided by Dictalogic during onboarding, including live training sessions and the Dictalogic Knowledge Base at kb.dictalogic.com. The knowledge base covers all platform features in detail and is available to all users at any time.
Train-the-trainer
Ask Dictalogic to conduct a train-the-trainer session for your internal champions so they can deliver training to new staff independently. This is particularly useful for organisations with high staff turnover or regular new starters.
Provide access to the knowledge base article
Ensure all users know they can access the Dictalogic Knowledge Base article for self-service help. Bookmark kb.dictalogic.com and share it with your team.
Ongoing support
Encourage users to contact Dictalogic support directly if they encounter issues. Dictalogic’s support team is available to assist users of all experience levels.
