Dictalogic’s migration approach

Dictalogic supports customers migrating from other dictation platforms including Winscribe, BigHand, Olympus Dictation Management System, and others. The migration process is managed with support from the Dictalogic team to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

Key migration steps

The typical migration process involves an assessment of your current system including user counts, workflow configuration, templates, and any integrations. Dictalogic then replicates the relevant configuration in your new Dictalogic account, including user setup, work types, templates, and assignment rules. Data migration (importing existing dictations and documents) is discussed and planned based on your requirements. Training is provided for all users. A parallel running period may be arranged to allow users to become comfortable with the new platform before the old system is decommissioned.
