How do I manage licenses and subscriptions?

This article explains how to manage your Dictalogic licences and subscription.
Applies to
Administrators, Account Owners
Viewing your current subscription
Navigate to the Account or Billing section to view your current subscription plan, the number of licences included, and the modules enabled on your account.
Adding licences
If your organisation needs to add additional user licences for example, following team expansion contact Dictalogic support or your account manager. Licence additions are managed by Dictalogic rather than through a self-service portal.
Removing licences
If you need to reduce the number of licences for example, following a reduction in staff contact Dictalogic to discuss your updated requirements. Licence reductions may be subject to contractual notice periods.
Adding or removing modules
To add new modules (such as Conversation to Text, Speech Anywhere, or API access) or to remove modules that are no longer required, contact Dictalogic support.
Renewal
Dictalogic subscriptions are typically annual. Your account manager will be in contact ahead of your renewal date. Contact Dictalogic if you wish to discuss renewal terms.
