Downgrading your plan

If you need to reduce the number of licences, remove modules, or otherwise downgrade your subscription, contact the Dictalogic account management team.

Before downgrading

Ensure you have reviewed the impact of the downgrade on your users and workflow. If you are removing licences, deactivate the relevant user accounts first. If you are removing a module, ensure users are aware and have alternative processes in place.
