Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your Dictalogic subscription, contact the account management team directly. Cancellations cannot be processed through the self-service portal. Notice periods and cancellation terms are defined in your contract review your agreement or contact Dictalogic to confirm the applicable notice period before submitting a cancellation request.

Before cancelling

Consider whether your needs could be better met by adjusting your subscription rather than cancelling. Contact the team to discuss alternatives. If cancellation is the right decision, ensure you export any data or transcripts you wish to retain before the account is closed, as data may not be recoverable after cancellation.
