Sharing within Dictalogic
Transcripts generated by the Conversation to Text module can be shared with other users within your Dictalogic organisation. Administrators can configure access permissions to determine which users or roles can view, edit, and share transcripts.
Exporting transcripts
Transcripts can be exported from the Dictalogic platform in standard document formats suitable for sharing outside the platform for example, as a Word document or PDF. Exported documents can then be shared via email, document management systems, or other channels as appropriate to your organisation’s workflow.
Access permissions
Be mindful of the sensitivity of transcript content when sharing, particularly if the recording contains personal, clinical, legally privileged, or otherwise confidential information. Ensure that transcript sharing is carried out in accordance with your organisation’s information governance and data protection policies.
