Overview

This feature allows users to manually set how long to they get to keep their dictations. The default time period is 30 days, but users are given the option to reduce this if needed as per their requirements. And if they would like to extend it, they must request for the archive feature.

What to do

From the dashboard, head to “Admin” ,select “Company” tab -> “Retention”. Set the date as per your requirement.
