Custom shortcuts and text replacements

Speech Anywhere allows users and administrators to define custom voice shortcuts that automatically insert pre-written text when a specific phrase is spoken. For example, a solicitor could create a shortcut that inserts a full standard paragraph when a short trigger phrase is spoken. A clinician could create a shortcut for a standard examination finding. This significantly reduces repetition and improves consistency.

Templates

Pre-defined document templates can be integrated into the widget, allowing users to populate standardised report structures by voice. This is particularly valuable in healthcare and legal settings where report formats are consistent.

Speech to text replacements

Administrators can add organization wide or user specific Speech to Text Replacements to ensure that specialist terminology, client names, drug names, legal terms, or internal codes are transcribed correctly.

Application specific commands
