Dictalogic is built on Microsoft Azure, which provides a highly available, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Microsoft Azure’s core services are backed by financially supported SLAs guaranteeing high availability. Dictalogic leverages this infrastructure to deliver reliable platform availability.
Uptime SLA
Specific uptime SLA terms are defined in your service agreement. Enterprise customers with critical availability requirements should discuss uptime commitments and SLA terms with the Dictalogic account management team during contract negotiation. Planned maintenance
Planned maintenance windows, where required, are scheduled during off-peak hours and communicated to customers in advance. The Dictalogic team will notify affected customers of any planned maintenance that may impact availability.
