This is a normal part of the Conversation to Text workflow AI transcription is a powerful starting point, but human review and correction ensures a fully accurate final document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investigate the cause<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If accuracy is consistently below expectations, consider the following possible causes and remedies. Poor audio quality is the most common cause. Missing specialist vocabulary can be addressed by adding Speech to Text Replacements for terms that are regularly misrecognised. Incorrect language selection will significantly reduce accuracy ensure the correct language is always selected when submitting. Very strong accents or overlapping speech will naturally reduce AI accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Request human transcription<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a recording is particularly important and AI accuracy is insufficient, you can submit the recording to a human transcriptionist through the Dictalogic secretary workflow or the Dictalogic in house transcription service.
