Administrators can configure access permissions to determine which users or roles can view, edit, and share transcripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exporting transcripts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Transcripts can be exported from the Dictalogic platform in standard document formats suitable for sharing outside the platform for example, as a Word document or PDF. Exported documents can then be shared via email, document management systems, or other channels as appropriate to your organisation&#8217;s workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access permissions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Be mindful of the sensitivity of transcript content when sharing, particularly if the recording contains personal, clinical, legally privileged, or otherwise confidential information.
