You are not limited to the raw AI output the transcript is a working document that you can correct and refine before sharing or exporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you can edit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can correct transcription errors words or phrases that were misrecognised by the engine. You can also assign correct speaker names to replace generic labels such as &#8220;Speaker 1&#8221; and &#8220;Speaker 2&#8221;. You can reformat text, adjust punctuation, remove irrelevant content such as verbal filler words (&#8220;um&#8221;, &#8220;er&#8221;), and make any other edits required to produce a clean, accurate record of the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Editing speaker labels<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If speaker identification was not available or did not produce correct results, you can manually assign speaker names within the transcript editor. Once you assign a name to a speaker label, the system applies that name to all segments attributed to that speaker throughout the transcript, saving you from having to correct each occurrence individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Saving and finalising<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are satisfied with the edited transcript, save and mark it as complete within the platform.
