The user records audio through the app, web portal, or voice recorder and submits it for transcription. The engine transcribes the single speaker&#8217;s voice and returns the resulting text through the Dictalogic workflow for review by the author or secretary. There is no speaker diarization the system does not attempt to separate multiple voices. The output is a single continuous block of transcribed text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conversation to Text<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversation to Text is designed for recordings containing multiple speakers. It uses speaker diarization to detect and separate different voices, producing a structured transcript that shows who said what. It processes uploaded audio or video files of meetings, interviews, consultations, and discussions. The output is a labelled, structured transcript rather than a continuous single voice document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When to use each<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Use standard Speech to Text (Audio to Text) when a single person is dictating a letter, report, clinical note, or other document.
