A user records an audio file typically using the Dictalogic app, web portal, or voice recorder and submits it for transcription. The AI engine transcribes the single speaker&#8217;s voice and returns the text to the Dictalogic workflow for review. This module is not optimised for multi-speaker content and will not separate different voices in a transcript. Best for: Single speaker dictated letters, reports, and clinical or legal notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dictalogic Speech Anywhere (Speech Widget)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Speech Anywhere is a real time dictation tool that transcribes your voice as you speak and inserts text directly into any desktop application. It is entirely single speaker and intended for live use, not for processing recordings. Best for: Live, real-time dictation into Word, Outlook, EHR systems, or any other desktop application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dictalogic Conversation to Text<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversation to Text is designed for recordings of multi speaker conversations. It processes uploaded audio or video files and produces a structured transcript with each speaker&#8217;s contributions separated and labelled. It is not a real time tool, it processes recordings after the fact. Best for: Meetings, interviews, consultations, conference calls, and any multi-speaker recorded content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Human Transcription via Secretary Workflow<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For any dictation or recording that requires human review, correction, and typing, the standard Dictalogic workflow allows audio to be assigned to an in-house secretary, a Dictalogic transcriptionist, or a third-party transcription provider.
