Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Users can be grouped by departments. There can be multiple departments and multiple users in multiple departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a new company is created, a department named “Typing Pool” appears by default. The Admin can edit, remove or populate this department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Create a new Department<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. From the Departments tab click on “Add”<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Determine a name for the department.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
      1. For Example: Commercial Law<\/em>. Press “Update<\/strong>” to save it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        1. A new row will appear with the name Commercial Law.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

          Add users to a Department<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
          1. To add users to a department, click on the “Users<\/strong>” button under Actions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
            1. Against each user, there is a checkmark which can be selected to add a user to the given department. Similarly, on the right side, there is an option for “Email Alert” which can be turned on\/off at a user level.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Rename the Department <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
              1. To rename a department, simply click on “Edit” as highlighted below.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Rename the department and press “Update<\/strong>“.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

                  Delete the Department<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
                  1. Simply select the “Delete<\/strong>” option to remove the department.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
