There can be multiple departments and multiple secretaries subscribing to multiple departments. Authors can assign a job directly to a department, and the secretaries subscribing to the department will be notified and be able to accept the job and transcribe it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To assign a dictation to a department, select a department from the drop-down list of “Departments<\/strong>” and click on “Assign to Department<\/strong>” under the “Edit Dictation” form, and press save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dictation will be saved as “Awaiting Secretary”, which means that any secretary who is a part of the selected department can accept the job and transcribe it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
