With “Auto Send On” dictations are directly sent to the assigned transcriber\/pool. Alternatively, when toggled to “Auto Send Off”, the dictation is saved on the author’s dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once you save a recorded dictation, the toggle will appear on the right side of the “Edit Dictation” form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example 1: Auto Send On <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The dictation gets assigned to the selected Secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dictation gets saved with the author under the status “Custom Speech”. In order to send it, the author must click on “Edit<\/strong>” under “Actions” and press save. The dictation will then be assigned to the respective secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
