Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Users can have their defaults set up, so they don’t have to make changes to the “new dictation form” whenever creating a new job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The following steps are required to set up User Defaults.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Go to the “Admins” dashboard.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the “Users” tab.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
      1. Click the user’s row for whom you want to set up defaults.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
        1. A pop-up of User details will appear. Under “User details” tab for an author, you can set the default department<\/strong>, Secretary<\/strong>, Priority<\/strong>, and Description<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Note<\/strong>: The options will differ based on role types. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The following steps are required to set up User Configurations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          1. Go to the next tab “User Configurations”, under the default transcription type you can select Manual <\/strong>(audio only) or Custom Speech<\/strong> (audio to text) based on your requirements.<\/li>
          2. “Default Recording” can also be changed between Default, Insert and Override.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Note<\/strong>: The options will slightly differ based on role types. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The following steps are required to set up Email Alerts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            1. Go to the “Alerts” tab<\/li>
            2. Toggle on “Email Alert”<\/li>
            3. Few additional toggles will appear, you may turn them On\/Off based on your requirements<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
