Once a dictation has been assigned to a transcriber\/pool, authors have the option to Re-assign the dictation to another transcriber\/pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Following are the steps required to Re-assign a dictation to a different transcriber\/pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Once you have identified the job which needs to be re-assigned, under “Actions” select the “Re-Assign<\/strong>” button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select “Yes<\/strong>“, when prompted “Are you sure?”<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The dictation status has now changed, and the dictation has been pulled back to the author’s dashboard.
        <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Under “Actions” select “Edit<\/strong>“.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. From the dictation form, redefine who you want to assign the job to and press save.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Note<\/strong>: Secretaries can also be given access to Re-assign jobs from themselves to another transcriber or a queue. This feature can be requested by the admin from support@dictalogic.com<\/strong><\/strong> for your company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
