The ability to reassign depends on your user role and the current status of the task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who can reassign<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Super Authors and Administrators have full reassignment capabilities and can redirect any task regardless of its current status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to reassign<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Log in to the Dictalogic portal and navigate to your dictation dashboard. Locate the task you wish to reassign. Under the Actions column for that task, select the Reassign. If the secretary had already begun work on the task, any partial progress within the text editor will be retained in the task.
