Each user signs in with their own Dictalogic credentials, and their personal settings including language preferences, custom shortcuts, Speech to Text Replacements, and voice profile are stored against their individual account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shared computers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If multiple users need to use Speech Anywhere on the same computer, the widget can be installed once on that machine and each user can log in with their own credentials. This ensures that each person&#8217;s personalised settings and voice profile are applied during their session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sharing credentials is not recommended<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharing a single set of login credentials between multiple users is not recommended.
