The audio file is then submitted and processed either by the AI transcription engine (Custom Speech) or by a human secretary\/transcriber. The completed text is returned to the author for review and approval. This is a workflow based system with task management, assignment to secretaries, status tracking, and a full audit trail. It is best suited for longer dictations, formal documents, and organisations that require a managed transcription workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Speech Anywhere (Speech Widget)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Speech Anywhere is a real time dictation tool. There is no recording step your voice is transcribed instantly as you speak, and the text is typed directly into whatever application you are using. There is no workflow or assignment to a secretary. The user is responsible for reviewing the transcribed text.
