Having a clear structure in mind or referring to notes results in a more fluent dictation and a cleaner transcript, reducing the amount of editing required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Use the correct work type<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Always select the correct work type or description before recording.
