Microsoft Azure&#8217;s core services are backed by financially supported SLAs guaranteeing high availability. Dictalogic leverages this infrastructure to deliver reliable platform availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uptime SLA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Specific uptime SLA terms are defined in your service agreement. Enterprise customers with critical availability requirements should discuss uptime commitments and SLA terms with the Dictalogic account management team during contract negotiation.
