Provide as much detail as possible to help the team investigate and resolve the issue quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What to include in your report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When reporting an issue, include the following information: a description of the problem and what you were doing when it occurred, the exact error message (if any) that was displayed, the steps to reproduce the issue, the browser and version you are using (for web portal issues), your operating system and version, the device type (desktop, laptop, mobile), the time and date when the issue occurred, and your Dictalogic username and organisation name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to contact support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact Dictalogic support by phone at +44 (0)2045718161, via the contact form at dictalogic.com, or through the support channel available within your Dictalogic account.
