A slow or congested network connection can cause slow page loading, delayed audio uploads, and slow speech to text processing. Test your internet speed using a speed test tool and contact your IT team or internet service provider if speeds are below expected levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Browser performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An outdated browser, a browser with many open tabs, or a browser with heavy extensions installed can slow down the Dictalogic web portal. Try clearing your browser cache, reducing the number of open tabs, disabling unnecessary extensions, or switching to a different supported browser such as Google Chrome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Device performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your computer is running slowly generally not just within Dictalogic other applications may be consuming CPU or memory resources. Close unnecessary applications and check Task Manager for processes consuming excessive resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Large audio files<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uploading or downloading very large audio files may be slow on slower connections.
