Select the report you wish to export, configure your filters and date range, and then click the Export button to download the data. Exported files are typically available in Excel, PDF, or Word format, or print them out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exporting transcripts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual transcripts or batches of transcripts can be exported from the Dictalogic platform in document formats such as Word (.docx) or PDF, depending on your account configuration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>API based data export<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For automated or large-scale data extraction for example, feeding Dictalogic data into a business intelligence tool or data warehouse the Dictalogic API can be used to programmatically retrieve data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data retention and deletion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For information on data retention policies and the deletion of historical data, contact Dictalogic support.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview This article explains how to export data from Dictalogic for use in external analysis tools.
