Licence additions are managed by Dictalogic rather than through a self-service portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Removing licences<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to reduce the number of licences for example, following a reduction in staff contact Dictalogic to discuss your updated requirements. Licence reductions may be subject to contractual notice periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adding or removing modules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To add new modules (such as Conversation to Text, Speech Anywhere, or API access) or to remove modules that are no longer required, contact Dictalogic support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Renewal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dictalogic subscriptions are typically annual. Your account manager will be in contact ahead of your renewal date.
