Authors can record, save, submit, and assign dictations and review completed transcripts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Secretary role<\/strong> is for transcriptionists who receive, transcribe, and complete dictation jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Super Author role<\/strong> has all Author capabilities plus additional administrative access, such as the ability to view and manage dictations across a team or department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Super Secretary role<\/strong> has all Secretary capabilities plus additional administrative access.
