Built-in microphones are omnidirectional and pick up significantly more background noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reduce Background Noise<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dictate in a quiet room. Close windows and doors to reduce external noise. Turn off fans, air conditioning units, and other sources of ambient noise if possible.
