How to download dictation audio? (module based)

Overview
The recorded dictations can be downloaded by authors and secretaries.
This is module-based, which means that the admin must request for this feature to be enabled for the authors and for the secretaries separately.
It is possible to provision this feature for either author or secretary or both.

What to do
- To download a dictation, simply click the “Download” option under “Actions”.
- It will start downloading immediately and prompt for a download path, simply select a download location and press “Save“
