What is Auto Send? How to toggle it ON/OFF?

Overview

With “Auto Send On” dictations are directly sent to the assigned transcriber/pool. Alternatively, when toggled to “Auto Send Off”, the dictation is saved on the author’s dashboard.

What to do

Once you save a recorded dictation, the toggle will appear on the right side of the “Edit Dictation” form.

Example 1: Auto Send On

The dictation gets assigned to the selected Secretary.

Example 2: Auto Send Off

The dictation gets saved with the author under the status “Custom Speech”. In order to send it, the author must click on “Edit” under “Actions” and press save. The dictation will then be assigned to the respective secretary.

Note: The Auto Send toggle will turn on each time by default.
