Overview

This feature lets users set how long to keep their dictations. The default is 30 days but users can reduce this if needed as per their requirements. And if they would like to extend it, then they must request for archive feature..

What to do

From Dashboard, head to “Admin”, select “Company” tab -> “Retention”. Set the date as per your requirement.
