What is Speech Customisation tab for ?

Overview

The Speech Customisation tab allows the admin to set their companywide default speech model for “Custom Speech” and “Speech to text” modules.

The default speech model also referred to a “Cognitive Models” are trained with the industries specific terminology for accurate speech conversion.

For example:

The legal industry uses “Legal” model.

The medical industry uses “medical model”.

What to do

Click on the “company” tab -> “speech customisation” and select the cognitive model you wish to set as default from the drop-down list.
