How to reset/change passwords?

FOR NON-OFFICE 365 USERS ONLY
In the event of password failure, user can request Dictalogic Administrator to reset their password on behalf them or simply click on “Forgot Password” link.
FOR OFFICE 365 USERS:
Users using Microsoft Office 365 account must contact their company IT administrator to reset password as Dictalogic does not have hold their account details.

What to do
Select the “Users” tab then click on a Username to change the password. You can also change the name, role, password, or even delete the user.
