How to import users or groups?

Overview

Dictalogic Enterprise login uses Microsoft Office 365 authentication service. With Microsoft Azure AD/Office 365 signup, “individual users” or “users groups” can be imported into Dictalogic directly from the Azure AD “Users” or “Groups” list.

Enterprise users get the Single sign on (SSO), Multi factor authentication (MFA) and other IT policies applied to Azure tenant when logging into Dictalogic.

What to do

For Office 365 Users: Users can be imported into Dictalogic individually by clicking on Import -> Users and selecting usernames from the drop-down list. Users can be imported into Dictalogic in Groups by clicking on Import -> Groups selecting organizational unit or Security group names from the drop-down list.

For Non-Office 365 Users: Users would have to be created manually by clicking on an “Add” button. Please Go to Dashboard -> Company -> User’s tab and then click on an” Add” button. Please refer to KB Article KB000005 for more information
