Overview

Dictalogic offers flexible licensing, User license can be “Enabled” or “Disabled” without losing data.

For example, if a company has acquired 50 licenses and have 100 users with in Dictalogic portal, they can move license around by enabling and disabling license between users if required.

What to do

Click on Company -> Users, and then click on “license assigned” column and it would open a “User Details” modal. Click on the toggle button at the modal to “Enable” or “Disable” license.
