Overview

Traditionally a user would create an audio file and assign it to a transcriber, where transcriber listen to a dictation and type it however Dictalogic has revolutionized this workflow by introducing a “Custom Speech” dictation where a user would continue to dictate and do assignment as they normally would however the audio will automatically convert to text on the fly before it arrives at the transcriber’s dashboard, ultimately reducing the dictation turnaround time by 3 times fast then a manual dictation.

What to do

Set Transcription Type to “Custom Speech” and “Select Cognitive Model” before saving dictation. The dictation will automatically be transcribed on the fly and dispatches Audio + Text to a transcriber.
