What are the different role types?

From the “Users” tab, role type can be selected from the drop down for each user

What to do
- From the User details pop up, click on the “Role” dropdown and select the required role.

There are seven roles to choose from in the drop-down list
Admin
A hybrid role between Admin and Author. Has complete administrative control.
Author
Ability to dictate and assign to Secretary.
Secretary
Ability to receive dictations and transcribe them.
Super User
Tip down version of an Admin. Ability to run reports, delete dictations, reassign dictations, manage departments and users.
Super Author
An author with partial admin access.
Super Secretary
A secretary with partial admin access.
Admin Secretary
An admin role, hybrid between admin and secretary. Has complete administrative control.
